In return, we’ll treat you as an individual. Canyon employees are never treated as numbers – literally. Other companies’ HR departments assign employee numbers. We list you by your name – and that’s it. There is no number, even in payroll. We always call you by your name. That may seem symbolic, but it tells you about our attitude – and it speaks to a lot of our people. We’re a bigger company now, but we’re determined to maintain that locally-based, family-company feel.
