Equipment Fleet
Our equipment works in conjunction with Canyon’s continually improving fluids and chemistries, deep reservoir understanding,
sophisticated engineering & logistics, other key technologies, strategic bases and access to key commodities. Having
the industry’s best equipment also helps to attract talented new people to our team.
Equipment has been a major focus right from our founding in spring 2004,
when we started out with 13 purpose-built units forming Alberta’s first high-rate nitrogen
pumping fleet.
Every piece is designed to operate in the higher-horsepower, longer-duration and higher-rate treatments common in today’s
well completions environment, with its focus on horizontal wells completed with multi-stage fracturing.
Canyon partners with industry leading manufactures whom we can count on to provide high-quality, leading-edge components
and capabilities. As we have gone through builds, we have adapted, improved and refined the new equipment being built –
and we can trust our builder to execute well.
