One of the distinct advantages that Canyon offers to the industry is specialized fluid systems. As the western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (WCSB) becomes more mature, reservoir quality available for development continues to decline. In response to that fundamental truth, Canyon has developed fluid systems that not only match those being pumped by other service companies today, but we are also developing a new generation of fracturing fluids which will facilitate the exploitation of reservoirs where conventional techniques and materials have proven unsuccessful.
