NGC High Rate Nitrogen

Canyon Technical Services offers a state of the art fleet of high rate nitrogen equipment built specifically for fracture stimulation of dry/under-saturated coals through coiled tubing. Coiled tubing units are offered in both mast and conventional (picker) design. Our mast units are fully self supporting, and capable of rigging on slant well-heads from 30-90° without additional support equipment.

Canyon Technical Services was the first to offer 3-1/4" coiled tubing, dramatically lowering friction while pumping. This innovation has allowed us to increase treatment rates above 2,500 sm³/min, increasing the effectiveness of the stimulation .

Our exclusive Grand Canyon Process^TM has been developed to place proppant with a pure nitrogen gas stream to further enhance the conductivity of these stimulations.
